Follow-up Comment #2, task #7181 (project admin):
This FAQ is based on recommendations by the FSF for its projects or generally
for GPL licensed projects. My code is not GPL licensed, it already includes
the license along with a copyright in the LICENSE file, and I prefer not to
have the license/copyright repeated inside all of my source code files. Is
this a requirement?
