inter-vention is a really simple web-based software which aims to give to
clients a visibility on interventions which have been made by their provider.
it a kind of very very simplified help-desk system.
It has in mind the simple fact that clients has bought a given quantity of
timed interventions and wants to know in real time what quantity it remains
to be "used".
inter-vention gives a multi-providers and clients approach.
each provider may have some interventions pre-paid for one or many projects.
each project is affected to a client. there can be one or many clients.
for each project a visual "progress bar" is shown to represent graphically
the "progression" of the provider's interventions.
its internal as external design is very simple :
- 3 views : admin / client / project
- 2 levels of rights : admin / client
- MVC orientation (for the moment without the model which is integrated to
controllers)
