As I read during project registration process, at step 2:
"Indeed, if you do not have yet any source code at all, say that explicitly
in the description."
We really do not have any source code yet, as specified in the posted short
description, and I wish this condition was scheduled.
Should I really upload a sample tar ball with a GPL'd licensed empty source
file?
I registered this project here in the need of a free platform (as in freedom)
to let us coordinate our (near) future works.
Btw, I will attach the sample tar ball in the hope this is the right way.
I'm glad to follow any further step in order to let this project be
accepted.
