I want to create a new Web Browser.
I don't have yet any source code. But I begin to develop it with the C++
code. I would use probably time to publish the first version, because it's
very difficult.
The licence of the project will be the GNU GPL v.3 and it will be available
on Windows at first and on Linux (Ubuntu) later.
