Follow-up Comment #2, task #7596 (project admin): Hi Philippe
I have forked the project GLIPS Graffiti editor under le LGPL http://glipssvgeditor.sourceforge.net/ The first target is to remove the third party libraries (based on other licenses) and use Maven (a build automation tool for Java). Therefore the first version is to provide the same software with some minor bug fixes. As I want to respect the initial authors license, It is still LGPL but version 3. http://lmap.org/GlipsReloaded.tar.bz2 Once, this first step is ready, I plan to modify the software to fit our requirements. I do not know yet where to publish this first version, I do not want any confusion between GlipseReloaded and Lmap... The first version of the editor of maps for blind people will be published in a forge associated to Lmap name, and will use GPL v3. I do not know either if I will choose gna as the forge for Lmap project because I do not know the differences between the different forges. Do you know what are the differences between gna and tux-familly? I know I do not want closed-source web site. I prefer to donate time and money for a 'libre' community as gna. An other developer is working on a JavaScript application (for Windows8), but I do not have yet the source code, and no idea about the license... (I hope AGPL) Another developer has already developed an old version for iPad but the source code is still proprietary... This should change also.... In July, I plan to work on an android version (Java)... Tell me about the tarball If you visit the exhibition 'Solution Linux' at La Défense (Paris) I will be at the stand of APRIL from 12:00 to 14:00 each day. http://www.solutionslinux.fr/exposant_154_2761_p.html?eid=465 http://www.april.org/trombinoscope.php?membre=ohessling Librement Oliver _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <http://gna.org/task/?7596> _______________________________________________ Message posté via/par Gna! http://gna.org/ _______________________________________________ Register mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/register
