An encryption algorithm is implemented in a way that complete files or
sections in memory can be encrypted or decrypted with a stream cypher. The
algorithm works with a key length of 8.192 bytes; since any bit position can
be used as a starting point for a key byte, there are 65.536 key bytes in use.
The actual character and the actual key byte determine which keybyte will be
next and any has the same probability.

For the generation of a session key one needs the password, the name of the
file with the raw key and its position in the file; date and time are included
automatically. This makes sure that everytime a different session key is
used.

The program was testet intensely and is meant to go into a shared object;
therefore the license is LGPL. The program is in a C++ file but is pure C
code.
