Yeah, if we split tests away from examples we should consider that.

I saw at elfutils (from redhat) that they have a complete testing framework 
which is run automatically when building it. I think thats a very good idea!

They also build with -Wall and -Werror, which is not a very good idea, e.g. my 
compiler had an warning which made me fixing the buildscripts not to include 
-Werror;)
