I now have exactly how this hot key works.
Scenero 1:
When video out hotkey pressed.
Send Windows (Super) + P
Wait 0.5 seconds
If no key is pressed send return key. If any key is pressed do not
send anything.
Scenerio 2:
User holds video out hotkey
Keep sending Windows(Super) + P till user lets go.
When user done holding wait 0.5 seconds.
If no key is pressed send return key. If any key is pressed do not
send anything.
