Hi, I can't reproduce this bug on my X201, Product ID: 3626AM9, Intel i7 + i915, BIOS 1.05 it's working just fine with both Lucid i386 and amd64. I will try to trigger this bug after upgrade BIOS to latest. and still need further investigation on more i5/i7 X201.
