Cause it is available in Debian, you can simply grab it from a Debian Sid mirror: dsc http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian/pool/main/g/geogebra/geogebra_3.2.42.0+dfsg1-1.dsc I'm not sure if all of GG's new Java dependencies are present in Lucid. I check this at time, but I guess they need to be uploaded to GetDeb too.
