Brian, Installing you 2.6.35-power+18.24~lucid kernel package actually increased the number of wakes in my case. Also, it broke brightness adjustment for my laptop. Or am I installing the wrong kernel? I basically added your PPA, and then did sudo apt-get install linux- image-2.6.35-power+18-generic along with the header files.
