I'm still waiting for the build system to get around to building these, but I've uploaded packages with the proposed fix to ppa:serge-hallyn/libvirt-fix-macaddr for lucid and hardy. Santi, Frank, or Andrew, can any of you test with this package and see if it solves the problem for you?
