I may have passed judgement too quickly on Firefox. It is not the only program that makes the computer freeze. This has also happened for some other graphical programs that use the internet, such as dolphin trying to open a network folder, and maybe adept downloading packages.
By he way, this happens in three different partitions, one running Kubuntu 10.04 i386, one running Kubuntu 10.10 i386, and one running Kubuntu 10.10 amd64. But the problem started alreadybefore I upgraded two of the partitions to Maverick. Could this be a problem related to the ethernet driver? -- Firefox crashes on startup https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/675127 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Registry Administrators, which is the registrant for NULL Project. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~registry Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~registry More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
