Seems that problem go away after last update
sudo dpkg -l | grep torrent
ii libtorrent-rasterbar6
0.15.4+svn.r5052+really0.15.4-0ubuntu1~maverick

ii qbittorrent 2.5.1-0ubuntu1~maverick
bittorrent client based on
libtorrent-rasterbar with a Qt4 GUI
There are few peers at time, but upload works fine. Thanks
