* plugins/ipmidirect/ipmi_mc_vendor.cpp: Fix FTBFS with gcc 4.5.
Taken from upstream. (LP: #687986)
* clients/Makefile.{am,in}: Add missing libraries otherwise it FTBFS.
Related to linker '--as-needed' change.
