to me
Hi Alec:

For regional analyzes there are not input-output matrices, just for the
whole economy, the last one is 2004.

If he wants to do regional analysis, he has to construct some correlations
using the data of each Mexican state from INEGI (Censos Economicos:
http://www.inegi.org.mx/est/contenidos/proyectos/ce/default.aspx ).

Another alternative that he has, is that he can consult other works that
have been done at the UNAM or other Universities, I know some people at the
UNAM that are constructing these kind of correlation using models or other
statistic techniques among different states.

So, the answer is that there are not official statistics with this regard.

Best,
Francisco.
