2013 MCRSA Conference The Mid-Continent Regional Science Association will host their 44th annual conference May 29-31, 2013 in Kansas City, Missouri. This is to announce the call for regular papers and sessions and to encourage students to participate in the M. Jarvin Emerson Student Paper Competition.
