2014 MCRSA/IMPLAN Conference Next Monday, April 1, is the deadline for paper and session proposals for the MCRSA/IMPLAN conference. The Mid-Continent Regional Science Association is teaming with the IMPLAN Group, the makers of the IMPLAN economic modeling system, to host their annual conferences June 3-5, 2014 in Madison, Wisconsin.
