Kace I believe to send an email through regsc-l@listserv.wvu.edu you simply put that email address in the "to:" field and send. You were already in the regsci-l listserv. I did change a setting so you will also receive the email you send out. So you can try sending the email and if you receive a copy of it you will know you were successful. If you have trouble let me know. If you are successful I will already know as I will see the email.
