I didn't see him ever say that but if he did somewhere, it may have been
because Millennium is supposed to have UK and Commonwealth rights. I called
Chapters at the time but they are f.... idiots and thought it was an out of
print book. After carefully stating that it was new, from VG/M, they still
couldn't figure it out so I ordered from Amazon UK. Never seen any sign of
it in NA except for someone selling it at $25 US on eBay, which probably is
some US bookdealer trying to unload some he bought from Amazon.
