I have no idea.  My internet providers don't get alt.binaries.e-book.
Once I did get in there through a friend's account and got "Shadows in
the Moonlight" off of there.  
Not sure as to its textual purity, but seems okay enough...

The one time I was in there, it is also clear the words "copyright
infringement" have no meaning to most of the folks or posters...
