Sorry about that, David. It appears that the protections I had put in place last year vanished. When we changed servers a few months ago, many files were lost and we had to replace them from old backups. The rehfans mailing list configuration was one of those files and I just discovered this. I've reset the configuration to allow email only from subscribed addresses and a few secondary ones. Your message (above) was rejected because you used a word that the list software detected as "administrative". I have inserted hyphens in my citation of your message so that my own will go through. Also, I discovered this past weekend that we do have the ability to filter email by domain. That is, Xenite.Org is now rejecting all email from certain domains we have identified as spam-producers. You have no idea of how much spam (and virus-laden messages) has been directed at Xenite.Org addresses over the past month or two. I'm hoping the measures I'm taking will at least cut down on the amount of unwanted traffic.
