I don't try to get other people to follow my lead anymore, I just ship code that works. Putting it into VFS requires getting others to follow my lead. Ain't gonna happen. Getting them to leave me alone to innovate in my corner of the kernel? Might happen if I fight for it, but it will be a real struggle. Hans
