Oh, sentence structure with full stops is important for the release
announcements.  Specifically because I use the
'devel_scripts/log_converter.py' script for automatically generating
the text message.  I then have to heavily modify this text.  Having
nicely formatted sentences also decreases the amount of work it takes
from me to format the svn logs into a message like:
