Hi, Could you run 'svn up' before creating the patch? The patch file 'trunk_SeriesTab3' contains the code I just committed at:
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.science.nmr.relax.scm/18006 So I am unable to apply the patch. Have a look inside the 'trunk_SeriesTab3' and you will see that the changes to the test_suite/system_tests/peak_lists.py file are included when they should not be.
