Hi Troels, Are these problems still present in trunk? Would you like to solve this bug? Just decrease the accuracy of the tests parameter by parameter until it passes. For example the last error was with:
self.assertAlmostEqual(spin.chi2/1000, 162.511988511609/1000, 4) >From the printout, it should be fixed if you change it to: self.assertAlmostEqual(spin.chi2/1000, 162.511988511609/1000, 3) This is simply a precision difference between different machine + Python + numpy combinations.
