Follow-up Comment #1, bug #21460 (project relax):
There are two identifiable problems here:
1. The state file contains 2 spectrometer frequency of 599.772123544 and
599772123.544 Hz (open the state file in a text editor and search for
spectrometer_frq_list).
2. The relaxation dispersion analysis does not catch this problem.
