I would not worry "to much" about these errors.
These errors reflects system tests, which recently have been added for
the dispersion analysis module.

I have to ask which version of python you have installed?
Is it python 64 or 32 bit?
The compiled version for windows, was done for 32 bit.

I had similar problems when I tried 64 bit versions of python.
