This is now fixed in the trunk
(http://article.gmane.org/gmane.science.nmr.relax.scm/22956). Martin, could
you check this? The problem was just that the geometric representation
vectors needed to be rotated 90 degrees about the z-axis to bring it into the
same frame as the prolate main axis.
