Follow-up Comment #107, task #7822 (project relax):
Attached are 2D Grace files comparing the error analysis of 10,000 Monte Carlo
simulations to the covariance matrix using the user function:
relax_disp.r2eff_err_estimate(chi2_jacobian=False)
This shows that the I0 error estimates are reasonable, though noisy, but that
the R2eff error estimates are out by 1.9555 and are not noisy.
