Hi Troels,

To avoid future work, could you please implement gradients as
individual functions (one per partial derivative) in the
lib.dispersion modules and then combine these together as
jacobian_DPL94(), i.e. jacobian_*() functions in the target function
class?  There is no point developing it in isolation.  As long as it's
not exposed to users until it is ready, it will save a lot of effort
in the future - not only for yourself but for the next developer who
decides to work on the relaxation dispersion analysis.
