Hi, I fixed and improved kcm autostart module. Now we can configure autostart desktop file and script.
I think that it will a good idea to release it with kdebase 4.1 I added an entry in http://techbase.kde.org/index.php?title=Schedules/KDE4/4.1_Feature_Plan#kdebase-workspace this module is in kdereview for the moment.
