Well I found some cosmetics issue what you can see when you use german keyboard layout:
On taskbar where the icon for kmix is displayed you see also the one of clipboard and the keyboard-layout-switcher. Icons are out of place and no DE is seen. Take a look at this screenshot: http://chakra-project.org/temp/phil/4.5.2-taskbar-kblsw.png You see it just minimal but you can see it.
