First time this problem was reported on 2007-03-29.

how to add new info about fixed bug to kde announcement page...

Please set "Version Fixed In" at bugs.kde.org. This way these changes
will be included in the changelog for that version. You can also set
this version with your commit - just use the keyword "FIXED-IN:" in the
commit message [1].
