The openSUSE legal team found a license issue in 'kdepim-runtime'. No
need to recompile, but if you release source packages, please include
the recent commits.

Again, two versions of REVISIONS_AND_HASHES, the first includes all
information created by the release script, the second omits the l10n
revision numbers.
