I updated WebKit in qt5.git to have -Werror only when Qt is configured with
-developer-build (and platform linux, gcc, etc).
Any feedback on build issues would be appreciated, although I'll be OOO next
week. Folks in #qtwebkit might be able to help though.

I plan on doing that for qtbase as well soon, but I haven't had the time to
dedicate to that task.
