An interesting 8th Circuit decision came down yesterday
ruling against the University of North Dakota's Law School Clinic after it
refused to represent a client-- also a vocal critic of the clinic--
who wanted to challenge as an establishment clause violation the display
of a statue of the Greek goddess of justice on the top of the county court
house. I have blogged on the case (with link to opinion), Wishnatsky v.
Rovner, here: http://religionclause.blogspot.com/2006/01/law-school-clinic-loses-in-8th-circuit.html
