First, after one of its prominent rabbis in Israeli calls for Prime Minister Olmert and other leading politicians supporting a piece process to be lynched, there are calls to end its special status as a provider of religious services within the army and other government entities. Now a NY Court seems to weighing in on the dispute over whether the legal status of ownership of property allows one party to halt the posting of signs and the singing of songs suggesting the Rebbe is the Messiah. Never a dull moment. http://www.haaretz.com/hasen/spages/946029.html
