The court reportedly told the deputies that they'd better issue the licenses, and they did so *without *including her name. (It's not pre-printed.) The judge is reported to have said at the hearing that he wasn't sure whether such licenses would be valid, but it seems to be what he has "permitted" the deputies to do. A transcript might clarify some of this. Can you obtain one from the ACLU lawyers, Art? Thanks
