I am informed that the Court has removed the DC Cir. case from the long conference calendar and has not scheduled consideration of the petitions in the CTA3 and CTA5 cases, which are fully briefed. More than likely the Court is waiting for the CTA10 case to be fully briefed (government BIO due next Wednesday), at which point they'll schedule all of the petitions for a single conference.
