One more thought -- I am really hoping that somewhere in the great state of Texas there are a few brave and impish cheerleaders who will bring banners to the next game that read "Good without God -- beat Austin HS!" Under this Texas Supreme Court ruling, school officials would just be begging for a lawsuit, which they would lose, if they tried to suppress those banners. Of course, this would take a different kind of courage than the Jane Doe complaint in federal court, because this behavior would be open and notorious.
