Thanks for your reply. I actually disagree with you. First of all I got the
meaning of the word “die” from Muawad Dawood, so I guess you didn’t research
carefully enough. Secondly, why do we have adopt foreign names into our
language when we can find words to mean the same but from Coptic roots. I guess
that will be a very difficult thing for me and you, but not for a proper
organisation that has to actually take responsibility for this. Also, taking
every thing from the Greek? Why? While I may agree that if we get stuck
completely that may be the LAST RESORT but nothing more than that. God bless us
all and grow the Coptic language more and more

من لا يفعل لايخطيء .. يعني اي محاوله تحتمل الخطأ و الصواب و انا عند التفكير
في ايجاد معني قبطي لاي كلمه معاصره اري اننا نشوف المعني في اللغه العاميه
المصريه و نقارنها باللغه اليونانيه الحديثه فان تطابقا فان هذا يعطينا مؤشر بان
هذه الكلمه من المحتمل ايضا ان تكون كلمه قبطيه الي ان يثبت العكس و انا عند
اختياري لكلمه زهرككلمه قبطيه وجدتها ايضا في اللغه اليونانيه الحديثه و لم اجدها
في قاموس معوض اما كلمه توكن فهي مستعمله في اغلب اللغات الاوروبيه و هي تعتبر اسم
علم يعني مثل كلمه مثل تليفون او راديو و انا احب في اللغه القبطيه الحديثه ان
نضيف اسماء الاعلام كما هي و هذا طبعا اذا لم يتوفر الاسم الاصلي المرادف لها
في اللغه القبطيه . و طبعا اي موضوع مطروح للمناقشه و الجدل حتي نصل الي الحقيقه
و كمان اذا و جدنا المعني القبطي الدقيق للكلمه فان هذا يكون هو هدف البحث و طبعا
اللغه هي كائن حي يؤثر و يتاثر و نحن امام كم ليس قليل من الكلمات الجديده التي لم
تكن موجوده في العصر القديم ينبغي علينا ايجاد معانيها القبطيه .. و يسرني جدا
بعد الانتهاء من الحديث عن الارقام القبطيه ان يقوم احد اساتده اللغه القبطيه
بمراجعته و تصحيحه و الاضافه اليه ثم نشره باي طريقه ممكنه كما
اطلب من احد لاخوه ان يصمم لوحه السلم و الثعبان التي ارسلتها بطريقه فنيه و
هي تدريب جميل للشباب لمعرفه ا للارقام القبطيه و التالف معها .
سوف نستكمل دراسه موضوع الاعداد في المره القادمه بمشيئه الرب

though it is Arabic? Why did you also write “token” as though it is English?

I would like to encourage each and every one of us to search and research
before writing any word, because some people learn the wrong way. This is very
obvious on facebook these days. Please be very careful, and check ten times
before you enter a new word (preferably with consensus from every body on this
