Mediawiki (which is what wikipedia runs on) works perfectly well with
PostgreSQL, and that's what we use at work.

The alternative that is worth considering would be to use an SCM such
as Git as the backend.  The notable one is Ikiwiki.  Note that GitHub
is going in the same direction for their wiki handling, though with
different technology, I think.
