Terminal mode works great for Croatian accented characters. (Thanks! Support for this was much needed.) However, rem2ps produces PS file which still doesn't support UTF-8 encoded characters. And, while compiling with ./wish build.tk there was no option to choose UTF-8 (Only ISO-8859-* and few other sets.)
