So people usually come up with their own conventions for marking tasks as completed. For example, you could simply change the message: REM 20 April 2025 MSG Answer email (completed) Or use an INFO string in versions of Remind >= 05.03.00: REM 20 April 2025 INFO "Status: Complete" MSG Answer email The convention you choose really depends on how you use Remind and with what other tools it is integrated.
