The fact that this failed confused me, because according to the remind
man page, it should have worked:

    If the REM or IFTRIG command did not contain an UNTIL clause,
    and contained all of the day, month and year components, then
    Remind will correctly compute a trigger date, even if it
    happens to be before the start of scanning.  Note that this
    behaviour is not true for versions of Remind prior to 03.00.01.

So somewhere between 03.00.01 and now, I introduced a regression.  This
commit fixes it:
