In ongoing attemts to drive a lot of tasks at the caffe, I'd like to
schedule every little thing using remind. One of the many challenges is
that many tasks should be scheduled relative to (offset from) "start of
shift" or "closing time" how might I define the core operations schedule
(open, close, start shift, end shift) and then have reminders triggered
accordingly.
