Perhaps too tricky... as another poster pointed out, "Monday on or
before 24 May" is exactly the same as "Monday on or after 18 May"

How about just the third tuesday or each month of the school year.  I have to pick my grandon up after a meeting that lets out after the school bus departs.  My solution was to copy/paste into each month, not very elegant.
