Hi! I'm the author of rem2ics You have to be on a system that has Perl. If you are on Linux or OSX, you have Perl. If you are on Windows, you will have to install it. I can't help you much with Windows and Perl, as I've never used it. Once you have that working, just take the rem2ics file and place it in a directory in your execution path. You can throw away the Makefile and the spec file.
