Try a "make clean" followed by "make". This is what I get for my
Latitude/Longitude variables for Ottawa:
$LatDeg 45
$LatMin 24
$LatSec 0
$LongDeg 75
$LongMin 39
$LongSec 0
(In Remind, positive longitudes are *west*. This is the opposite of
convention, unfortunately, but it's way too late to fix.)
